The new Chevron Midland Campus, designed by HOK and constructed by Swinerton Builders, is located on 25 acres in Midland, Texas. It consists of two 4-story buildings connected by a walkway, a fitness center, a cafeteria, a training facility, and a central plant, totaling 340,000 square feet. The buildings’ enclosure is constructed of a unitized, high-performance curtain wall system featuring DMD Weathering Steel.
